The Process :

  • Text us and someone from our team will schedule a call with you
  • We analyze all the details and services that you are interested in and quote charges accordingly
  • Charges for shipping the article to us and back to you will not be included in the quotation shared with you (we can arrange it for you but the payment for it has to be borne by you)
  • Tracking details will be shared by us if we arrange the pickup and delivery for you.
  • Make sure to make a video of your product while packing it, and we will do the same at the package's arrival and when we send it (to avoid any miscommunication)
  • There may be slight possibilities of some tasks not going the way planned, as leather is a natural material and every hide is different from each other, in that case, we will inform you about how much we can do about it, and we will commence our work once we receive approval
