  • Processing Time : Order processing and shipment commence once we receive payment confirmation. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping Costs : Shipping rates are calculated based on the cumulative weight, size, and destination of your order. For international deliveries, additional duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
  • Estimated Delivery Time : Delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural events, strikes, or other disruptions beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information : Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid delays or additional costs. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional re-delivery charges will apply.

Delivery Policy :

  • Address-Specific Delivery : Orders are delivered to the address specified at checkout, not to a particular individual.
  • Octroi & Additional Charges : For certain regions, such as Maharashtra, octroi charges may be applicable. These are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping :

  • Duties and Taxes : All duties, taxes, and fees related to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Tan-Lad is not liable for these additional charges.

Lifetime Complimentary Services:

We provide complimentary lifetime maintenance for:

  • Minor Polishing : Includes small repairs that do not require dismantling or major reconstruction. We help maintain the shine of the leather
  • For all complimentary services, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Chargeable Lifetime Services :

For more significant repairs, we offer chargeable services, including:

  • Reconstruction or Extensive Repairs : Includes services that require dismantling or extensive adjustments.
  • Hardware or Material Replacement : If your product requires new hardware or replacement materials, charges will vary based on the nature of the repair.

Tan-Lad’s team will inform you of the charges before beginning any service. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for both ways.

  • Authentic Information : Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate and up-to-date. Tan-Lad reserves the right to validate order details for authenticity to ensure a smooth delivery process.
