To get started with your warranty claim, please email photos of the entire product, along with close-ups of the issue, to contact.tanlad@gmail.com or send them via WhatsApp at 9607371000. Our team will carefully assess the item and advise you on the next steps. Kindly note that you’ll need to provide your original proof of purchase (i.e., the invoice) to validate the warranty.
Warranty Repairs and Process
- In-Warranty Repairs : If your item is still within the warranty period, we will cover the cost of repairs, including the return shipping of the repaired product to you. You’ll only need to handle the shipping costs for sending the item to us. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable, will be your responsibility.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs : For products outside the warranty period, we’re happy to assess the repair needs. If your item can be restored, we’ll provide a repair quote for your approval before proceeding. The cost depends on the item’s age and the repair complexity. Please note, you will be responsible for both the shipping costs to and from us in this case, along with any duties or taxes that may apply.
