Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges :

  • Products purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
  • Customized or Personalized Products : Please note that customized, personalized, or bespoke products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Process for Returns/Exchanges :

  • For Quality Issues Attributable to Tan-Lad : You will receive a full refund or store credit for the product’s value.
  • For Quality Issues Not Attributable to Tan-Lad : You will receive store credit for the product’s value after deducting a 5% processing fee.
  • Post 7-Day Return Period : Returns are not accepted after 7 days from delivery.

Refund and Store Credit Options :

  • Refund : For eligible returns, the purchase amount will be refunded after any applicable deductions.
  • Store Credit : Customers can choose store credit instead of a refund, which will be valid for 3 months and can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Exchange : If you prefer, you may exchange your returned item for another product of equal or higher value, with any difference payable at checkout. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the original product.

Repair Policy for Wear and Tear :
